Textile tissues and pores on fabrics and clothing are suitable places for bacteria growth and agglomeration and cause of their contact with human body, Antibacterial property becomes an important issue. After application of this product on textile, It trappes inside fabric cloth so that it prevents growth of bacteria and bad odor on textile through its antibacterial property. Also, the resulting antibacterial activity won’t disappear after washing. This product which is based on silane groups, can be applied through different methods.

This product is used to create anti-bacterial and anti-odor properties in garments and textiles (made of cotton, polyester, acrylic, viscose, etc.) with a resistance of more than 5 times the washing.

To evaluate the antibacterial activity created by the product on textiles, the national standard ISIRI 11070, “Textile, Evaluation of antibacterial activity in textile products” was used to operate the test on fabric with the product applied on it both before and after washing which results are as follows:

Antibacterial activity is an index of products ability to remove contacting bacteria, which is obtained by logarithmic comparison of number of bacteria existing on witness and product sample after 24 hours of being in contact with the bacteria. According to the mentioned standard, antibacterial activity between 2 and 3 is meaningful, and it will be high for over 3

For household application of product, Use 1 tablespoon of it per 500 grams of Garment. Take an empty bucket. Add required amount of product, then fill 1/3 of bucket with water and after that Add washed clothes to bucket. Ensure that the garments are fully immersed in water. Finally soak for a few minutes, squeeze, dry and iron. But when using washing machine, add the product during final rinsing cycle.
