Antibacterial Paposh Socks

Antibacterial Paposh Socks Containing Zinc Oxide and Silver Nano
Rate : 1

When feet perspire, bacteria thrive in the damp fibers and where bacteria thrive, odor thrives too. Wearing antibacterial socks can actually prevent foot diseases and infections. With the increase in concern about foot health, nanoparticles enhanced footwear offers clear consumer advantages. Nanoparticles destroy bacteria resulting in removing foot odor and other contaminants arisen from bacteria.  This product is an antibacterial sock containing silver and ZnO nanoparticles.

The concentration of Ag and ZnO ions into it are 9 and 376 ppm, respectively.

In nano-dimension, antibacterial effect of silver and ZnO increase significantly, so that they are able to destroy over 650 bacterial species. It is reported that these nanoparticles have significant antifungal activities against some ringworms. With decreasing particle size, the release of silver and Zn ions increase, leading to increasing their antibacterial activities.

This product shows high antibacterial activity according to INSO 11070. Below table clarifies how high its activity against E.Coli and S.aureus bacteria is.

   Antibacterial Activity
Acceptable Standard Level 2
