The concentration of Ag and ZnO ions into it are 9 and 376 ppm, respectively.
In nano-dimension, antibacterial effect of silver and ZnO increase significantly, so that they are able to destroy over 650 bacterial species. It is reported that these nanoparticles have significant antifungal activities against some ringworms. With decreasing particle size, the release of silver and Zn ions increase, leading to increasing their antibacterial activities.
