This duple product is an alternative masonry for current building masonries and is used to stick stone, concrete and bricks. Excellent adhesion, light weight, ease of application and cleanliness have made it prior to current masonries. This mortar is used to seal tiles cause of its high resistance to water. Generally, epoxies are duple systems which are designed for bonds with high functionality and they’re great for adhesive industry. Epoxy adhesives can cover a range of flexibility and transparency in addition to good performance. Epoxies are great for filling the gaps due to their excellent adhesion. In fact, they’re widely used to stick metal, composites, ceramics and plastics. One of the biggest fields in adhesive business is related to building seals.an excellent adhesive for stone should enjoy a good flexibility. Since the main usage of these adhesives is for outdoor applications (facades), it must have great resistance to many items. It’s deducted recently that dispersion of inorganic Nano particles in polymeric adhesives matrix in low concentrations may cause an essential improve in shear strength of structural bonds.

Were evaluated. The results are as follows:
Compressive strength is an objects tolerance against straight axial forces. When an objects compressive strength limit reaches, it will break. With respect to above results, presence of Nano particles in final product causes improvement of adhesive “compressive strength” and increasing of resistance to “sagging”. in other words, increase of viscosity and its stability in comparison with witness sample.
Stage 1: at first components A & B should be mixed well with same weight ratio. For a better mixture, minimum 3 minutes is needed. For this, take sufficient amount of each component with separate spatulas and then mix them with another spatula. After mixing the best working time is 10-15 minutes, this means that operator has to do the applying process in maximum 15 minutes.
Stage 2: take sufficient amount of adhesive using a spatula and put slices with proper and equal distances in a conical form on the substrate (in metal frames, rub the part of adhesive which is in contact with metal.).
Stage 3: after application of adhesive on stone, put it on the predetermined infrastructure and balance. Its gel time after mixing process is 30-45 minutes with respect to surrounding temperature and will completely dry after 12 hours. If the stone weight is low or it’s small in size, the paste like adhesive can hold it until it completely dries but if the stone weight is high or it has big size, the stone must be held using physical tools or instantaneously drying adhesives to control its balance.
In the case that the stone has stayed well, applying the next row of stones can be started immediately and continuously.
Use gloves in contact with the product. Keep content cool and dry and avoid direct sun light. Close tightly after use.
